The hotel needs to resolve one slow elevator that causes long waits!!! The lobby renovation is noisy and dusty without prior notice!!! Housekeeping should maintain a consistent cleaning schedule for guest comfort!!!

The hotel worked well for our family trip with four kids. Our room was clean and had enough space, but the garbage filled up quickly due to the lack of daily housekeeping services. A planned power outage in the morning made it difficult to get ready for the day, and we were disappointed to find the pool closed for painting during a heatwave. The staff, although friendly, were limited in their ability to help manage these inconveniences. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some communication and upkeep could improve the experience.
